- Office of Information Technology (STI)<\/li>\n
- Managerial Council for IT<\/li>\n
- Information Technology\u00a0 Centers of S\u00e3o Paulo (CeTI-SP), S\u00e3o Carlos (CeTI-SC), Ribeir\u00e3o Preto (CeTI-RP) and \u201cLuiz de Queiroz\u201d (CeTI-LQ), in Piracicaba;<\/li>\n
- Nucleous of Bauru<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/br>
\nThe Deliberative Council for the IT<\/strong> area \u00a0is responsible for:<\/p>\nthe definition of goals and the strategic planning of IT actions for USP, as a management tool for to enable and support the target activities of the USP’s Pluriannual Plan approval; The approval of the Managerial Council report and the annual forwarding of this report to the University Council
\n<\/br>
\nThe Office of Information Technology (STI)<\/strong> is responsible for:<\/p>\n- \n
- coordination of IT activities, in the scope of the University as a whole<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/br>
\nThe IT Managerial Council<\/strong> is responsible for:<\/p>\n- \n
- design, develop, implant and maintain all common interest activities related to Information Technology in the University, adherent to the estabilished goals and standards for software development, as defined by the Deliberative Council for USP\u2019s IT<\/li>\n
- evaluate, propose and standardize procedures for the execution of the goal purposed by Deliberative Council for USP\u2019s IT<\/li>\n
- delivery of annual reports to the Deliberative Council for USP\u2019s IT<\/li>\n
- distribution and follow-up of the IT activities that are developed in the IT Centers, keeping in mind the relative capacities and the execution specificities, as well as the optimization of human and financial resources of each IT Center<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/br>
\nIt is implied to the\u00a0Technology Centers<\/b>:<\/p>\n- \n
- the coordination of the execution of the local IT operational activities;<\/li>\n
- to listen, evaluate and document the IT demands in their respective regional scopes;<\/li>\n
- to forward the IT demands in their respective regional scope to the IT Management Council, for the decision of adequate measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
